Position Overview
The HR Manager is responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle of all Tashkent-based specialists who support operations. The role ensures professional hiring, performance management, employee development, and retention of specialists while maintaining alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Staffing
-
Manage recruitment process for office specialists (dispatchers, brokers, recruiters, safety/fleet coordinators, accountants, IT staff).

Develop and publish job descriptions in English.

Screen, interview, and coordinate selection of candidates.

Manage onboarding process, ensuring new hires understand U.S. trucking industry requirements and internal workflows.
2. HR Administration

Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, payroll support data, attendance, and leave management.

Monitor probation and attestation cycles (3-month, 6-month, 1-year).

Ensure compliance with Uzbekistan labor laws while aligning policies with U.S. company standards.
3. Performance Management

KPI tracking for all departments.

Support department heads in evaluations, provide feedback systems, and link results to bonuses or penalties.

Prepare HR reports for management: headcount, attrition, attendance, performance ratings.
4. Employee Development

Organize training sessions.

Develop clear career progression paths.

Monitor and support employee certifications, skill tests, and attestation exams.
5. Culture & Retention

Promote discipline, teamwork, and professionalism across departments.

Identify reasons for employee dissatisfaction and implement retention strategies.

Organize team-building and motivational activities to improve engagement.
6. Communication & Coordination

Ensure company policies, updates, and changes are communicated clearly and implemented consistently.

Support management in implementing restructuring and optimization projects.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

3+ years of HR management or specialist experience.

Knowledge of HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and retention.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
-
Strong organizational and conflict-resolution skills.
