Civil engineer/Прораб

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in site engineering or construction supervision, preferably in educational or institutional building projects

• Strong understanding of construction methods, procedures, and project documentation

• Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings and specifications

• Proficient in using construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Revit, etc.)

• Good knowledge of local construction laws, regulations, and safety standards

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment

• Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders

• Fluent in Russian and English (both written and verbal); knowledge of Korean is advantage

• Willingness to be based full-time on the construction site and work extended hours if required

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field

• More than 5 years of experience as a site engineer in data center construction or related EPC projects (such as large shopping malls, universities and hospitals, residential complexes, and office buildings) in Uzbekistan or neighboring countries;

• Proven experience in civil and structural drawings and/or working within a contractor drawing environment;

• Strong knowledge of local technical regulations, standards, and conventional civil and structural requirements;

• Ability to take charge of project deliverables, make independent decisions, and operate proactively;

• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools;

• Fluency in Russian, English, and Uzbek (Korean language proficiency would be an advantage);

• Ability to adhere to work arrangements and schedules;

• Excellent time management skills to ensure that project deadlines are met.
