Main Responsibilities:

- Develop and Execute GTM Strategy: Define the go-to-market strategy, setting clear goals, strategic directions, and execution plans to ensure successful product launches and sustained market performance.

- Team Leadership and Capability Development: Lead, mentor, and enhance the professional capabilities of the GTM team, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous development.

- Process Management and Optimization: Oversee and improve GTM departmental workflows and processes to ensure operational efficiency, cross-functional alignment, and timely execution.

- KPI Setting and Performance Management: Establish key performance indicators and targets for GTM staff; regularly monitor, evaluate, and manage individual and team performance.

- Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Continuously analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities and optimize market positioning.

- Budget Management and ROI Tracking: Manage GTM budget efficiently, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment across all GTM initiatives.

- Forecasting Support: Provide key GTM inputs for strategic and operational forecasts, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and product teams.

- Focus on Measurable Outcomes: Ensure all GTM activities are designed and executed with a strong emphasis on measurable results and impact.

- Execution of Related Tasks: Perform other job-related duties as assigned, contributing to team and organizational success.

- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all internal corporate policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s is a plus)

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in go-to-market, trade marketing, or product marketing; experience in consumer electronics or FMCG preferred

  • Proven experience leading product launches or market entry strategies

  • Strong understanding of retail environments (offline and digital), distributor management, and BTL/ATL activities

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting (Excel, Power BI, etc.)

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Fluent in Uzbek, Russian and English languages.
