About Us: Citifuel LLC (offices in Uzbekistan and the USA), a company providing discount fuel cards in the USA.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our Customer Service team. In this role, you will guide new clients through the onboarding process, helping them understand our services and start using them effectively. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and fluent in Russian, English, and Uzbek.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the onboarding process for new clients from registration to full activation.

• Conduct online or phone sessions to guide clients through setup and usage.

• Provide clear and timely communication to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Collaborate with Sales and Support teams to ensure proper client handover.

• Track client progress and proactively assist with initial challenges.

• Collect and share feedback to improve the onboarding process.

• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Russian, English, and Uzbek (both written and spoken).

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Support, or Onboarding is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Confident PC user; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
