Description:
As a Local Export Manager for Outsourcing Export Services, you will help local IT companies expand internationally by identifying and securing foreign clients for software development, integration, and digital transformation projects. Your role requires a solid understanding of IT outsourcing business models and software development processes (SDLC). You will manage full-cycle export activities — from market research and client engagement to proposal preparation, budgeting, and contract execution — ensuring local companies are positioned as reliable global technology partners.

Essential Requirements:

  • Fluent English (C1+), Russian (Fluent) and Korean (C1+) – both written and spoken

  • At least 2 years of experience in IT sales, outsourcing, or business development

  • Strong understanding of software development processes (SDLC), service delivery, and project lifecycle

  • Experience preparing commercial proposals, cost estimates, and project specifications

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in exporting IT services or working with foreign clients

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana)

  • Technical literacy: understanding of web, mobile, and enterprise software development basics

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and identify foreign clients seeking IT outsourcing services

  • Manage communication and negotiations with international clients and partners

  • Prepare commercial offers, technical specifications, and cost estimates for IT projects

  • Collaborate with local development teams to align proposals with technical capabilities and delivery timelines

  • Support local IT companies in expanding export channels and securing long-term contracts

  • Develop and execute sales and export plans; track KPIs and performance metrics

  • Process client requests, coordinate order execution, and ensure quality service delivery

  • Provide marketing and informational support to resident companies entering global markets

  • Participate in international exhibitions, business missions, and B2B meetings to promote local outsourcing expertise

Work Environment:

  • Based at IT Park or partner organization with close interaction with local IT exporters

  • Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (marketing, legal, accounting, project management)

  • Dynamic, results-oriented position with opportunities for growth and international engagement
