Description:
As a Business Export Manager for Post-Production Services, you will be responsible for expanding the international presence of local creative and post-production studios. Your role is to identify and secure global clients, manage commercial negotiations, and guide companies through the full export process — from lead generation to contract signing and project delivery. You will also support local teams in participating at international industry events, exhibitions, and business missions, positioning them as competitive and reliable partners in global creative markets.
Essential Requirements:

Fluent English (C1+), both written and spoken – mandatory

Minimum 2 years of experience in international sales, business development, or export promotion

Understanding of creative industries, production, and post-production workflows (video editing, color grading, CGI/VFX, animation, etc.)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in working with post-production, media, or content-creation companies

Knowledge of export processes, contracts, and international collaboration formats

Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and project management systems

Additional languages (Russian, Turkish, Arabic, or others) are advantageous

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or related fields

Responsibilities:

Conduct international market research and identify potential clients for post-production services

Manage communication and commercial negotiations with foreign clients and partners

Support local studios in preparing proposals, showreels, and pricing offers for export markets

Expand international sales channels and build sustainable partnerships

Prepare and execute sales and export plans; analyze performance and statistical data

Process client orders and ensure timely coordination between clients and local studios

Provide information and marketing support to local companies entering foreign markets

Accompany and represent local studios at international exhibitions, festivals, and business missions

Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, legal, accounting, design, project management) to ensure smooth project execution
Work Environment:
