About the Project
Fuel card sales in the U.S. (all sales are conducted within the United States).
Project launch: March 2024.
Part of a logistics group: The project is a division of a U.S. trucking logistics group, which is the market leader in Uzbekistan.
The company is a registered IT Park resident with offices in Tashkent (two offices), Chicago, and Orlando.
Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and maintain Zoho CRM system.

Design and optimize sales pipelines, automations, task flows, notifications, templates, and scripts.

Integrate the CRM with third-party tools: telephony, email, messengers, analytics platforms, etc.

Import, migrate, and clean customer databases.

Build and visualize analytical dashboards and reports.

Train and support users to ensure smooth CRM adoption and usage.

Continuously optimize processes based on system insights and team feedback.

Collaborate with sales, IT, and analytics departments.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience with Zoho CRM or Salesforce (implementation, customization, and support).

Solid understanding of CRM logic, sales funnels, and process automation.

English proficiency at C1 level or higher (spoken and written) — mandatory.

Experience with integrations via API, Zapier, Make, or Zoho Flow is a strong plus.

Experience in onboarding and supporting end users.

Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and the ability to independently drive improvements
