Head of Department – Tieto Card Processing

• Build and lead the Tieto Card Processing Department;
• Ensure stable operation of Tieto Card Suite (CMS, ACS, Authorization, Settlement);
• Deliver SLA targets with availability of 99.9%+ for card processing services;
• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for card processing systems;
• Manage vendor relationships (Tieto, Thales) and coordinate with OTP Group HQ;
• Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, Central Bank regulations, and OTP Group IT Security Standards;
• Plan and manage budgets, investments, and licensing (Tieto upgrades, HSM, infrastructure);
• Oversee ITIL processes including Change, Incident, Release, and Availability Management..

• Proven experience leading a department/team in Card Processing
• Strong expertise in Tieto Card Suite (CMS, ACS, Authorization, Settlement)
• Solid background in IT infrastructure: Linux/Unix, Oracle DB, HSM, networking
• Knowledge of international standards (PCI DSS, ISO, ITIL)
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams of 10+ people, budgets, and strategic projects
• Experience in working with regulators and international vendors
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (for communication with OTP Group HQ and vendors)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of card processing systems and payment industry standards
• Familiarity with security standards such as PCI DSS Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to work with KPIs and data-driven decision
• Experience with budgeting and resource allocation
