We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love problem-solving, and can keep things running smoothly under pressure — we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Talking with potential customers over the phone and converting leads into sales

Coordinate and schedule daily moving jobs for multiple crews

Communicate with customers and movers to ensure smooth operations

Maintain accurate records and job notes in the system

Requirements:

Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or scheduling preferred (moving industry a plus)

Strong communication, sales, negotiation and multitasking skills

Ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet

Proficient in phone, email, and scheduling software

Good problem solving & computer skills

English Level: C1
