About the Company
OrientSwiss is an international group of companies and a fintech ecosystem headquartered in Switzerland, bringing together 400 employees across multiple countries.
In Uzbekistan, our team consists of 200 people, including 4 HR specialists.
Our office is located in Tashkent.

The company has been operating since 2019: we started as a marketplace and today our strategic focus is on fintech and banking partnerships.

Responsibilities
HR Strategy
-
Develop and implement an HR strategy aligned with business goals.
-
Adapt internal policies and procedures to international best practices.
-
Propose and implement innovative approaches to HR development.
Team Effectiveness
-
Drive employee learning and development programs.

Streamline team processes and clarify responsibilities.
-
Foster engagement through feedback, recognition, and team culture.
Process Automation
-
Promote the adoption of digital tools and AI in team management.
-
Lead the use of analytics (Power BI, Excel) for company-wide decision-making.

Advance the use of digital solutions and AI in HR
Succession Planning
-
Build talent pipelines and career tracks.
-
Ensure preparation of successors for critical roles.
Grading & Compensation
-
Develop and implement a grading system.
-
Ensure transparency and fairness in compensation.

Oversee benefits programs and non-financial motivation initiatives.
Operational HR Processes
-
Lead recruitment activities.

Ensure compliance with Uzbekistan’s labor legislation.
-
Maintain healthy discipline and manage conflicts based on psychology, trust, and respect within the team.
Requirements
-
Higher education.
-
Fluent English (spoken and written).
-
Experience in a tech company.
-
Experience as an HR Director or similar senior HR role.
-
Proven track record in improving team efficiency.
-
Strong knowledge of HR practices and modern approaches.
-
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
-
Ability to prioritize and make independent decisions in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
