Head of Strategy

Korzinka, Uzbekistan’s leading retail chain, is seeking an experienced Head of Strategy to support the CEO and Korzinka Senior Management (KSM) in shaping and executing the company’s long-term strategic direction.

You will play a critical role in developing and managing Korzinka’s strategic roadmap, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and supporting sustainable business growth through data-driven insights and innovative approaches.

What you will do:

• Lead the creation and implementation of short-, medium-, and long-term strategies aligned with Korzinka’s mission and vision;
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and ensure organizational alignment;
• Research trends, opportunities, and risks to inform strategic decisions;
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential acquisitions;
• Define measurable objectives and KPIs, track progress, and prepare reports for CEO, KSM, and the Board;
• Work with executives, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure buy-in and successful implementation;
• Lead change initiatives to ensure effective execution of strategies across the organization.

What we expect:

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or corporate planning;

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, ability to “see the big picture.”;

• Experience with market analysis, financial data, and performance measurement;

• Excellent communication and presentation skills (Russian and English required);

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results under pressure;

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Preferred:

• Master’s degree (MBA or similar), professional certifications, strong attention to deadlines.
