HIS/MIS Implementation Specialist (Consultant / Project Support)

CAU Hospital is seeking an experienced HIS/MIS Implementation Specialist to support the deployment of our Hospital Information System (HIS) and Medical Information System (MIS). The role requires close collaboration with vendors, project teams, and hospital departments to ensure a smooth, efficient, and successful implementation.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide expert support during the implementation of HIS/MIS in the hospital.

• Act as a liaison between the vendor and the internal project team.

• Assist with system configuration, workflow adaptation, and testing.

• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Go-Live activities.

• Provide training and mentoring for clinical and administrative staff.

• Identify and resolve risks and issues during implementation.

• Ensure documentation of processes, workflows, and training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Medical Informatics, IT, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with HIS/MIS.

• Participation in at least one full-cycle HIS/MIS implementation project.

• Experience in healthcare IT projects within hospitals or polyclinics.

• Fluency in English for communication with vendors and staff.

Skills & Competencies

• Hands-on experience in HIS/MIS configuration, workflow mapping, data migration, and user training.

• Strong understanding of healthcare processes and integration with billing, laboratory, and pharmacy modules.

• Familiarity with international standards (HL7, ICD-10, SNOMED).

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

• Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic project environments.

Working Conditions:

• Work schedule: 5/7, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
