Responsibilities:
- Engineering implementation, commissioning, upgrade, troubleshooting, and network maintenance of related products and equipment.
- Track and feed back equipment problems, handle difficult problems, and collect and sort out technical information.
- Daily exchanges and communication with customers, and maintenance and improvement of customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the customer, pre-sales, and R&D departments to solve engineering or product-related problems, and provide necessary technical support.
- Higher education;
- Have a strong background in communications technologies and be familiar with communications networks;
- Understand project management knowledge, have good communication, coordination, organization, and planning capabilities, and be dedicated, cooperative, and responsible;
- To be familiar with PON products is preferred;
- Excellent communication - Fluent English and Russian, both written and spoken;
- Flexibility for business triрs.
