Odoo Middle Engineer

Required skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python 3+
• Deep understanding of the Odoo framework (ORM, models, views, QWeb)
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and the OWL framework
• Experience working with PostgreSQL (queries, indexes)
• Confident use of XML/HTML
• English level: B1+ (able to communicate in technical discussions and documentation)

Experience:

• 2–3 years of professional experience in Odoo development or related backend Python frameworks

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with odoo.sh
• Experience in code review
• Experience with system integrations
• Experience writing automated tests
• Ability to work with Docker
