YASHIL FERMA JV LLC is a Hungarian poultry cluster in Uzbekistan, supported by OTP Group, a leading European bank (EUR 60B assets, owner of Ipoteka Bank in Uzbekistan).

We are building a modern poultry complex in the Syrdarya region (near Gulistan, Yangiyer, Khavas), producing 22,000 tons of poultry meat annually, including 4,000 tons processed.

The project includes a 2,000 m² processing plant, a 12.5M broiler/year slaughterhouse (expandable to 25M), 8 farms, and a 5,000 m² hatchery producing 12.6M chicks per year.

We are currently looking for an Investment Projects Lead in Tashkent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the activities of all Project Teams across the investment portfolio.
• Develop, update, and monitor the comprehensive investment project plan.
• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual project reports, including forecasts, analyses, and recommendations.
• Ensure regular and accurate data submission into the project controlling system in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Draft and maintain internal regulations and instructions for all investment-related activities.
• Supervise on-site project activities, coordinating suppliers and subcontractors, and ensuring effective site management where necessary.
• Utilize state-of-the-art project management tools for planning, monitoring, and implementation.
• Ensure technical supervision during project execution, including oversight of manufacturing processes, assembly, installation, and commissioning inspections.
• Guarantee compliance with quality assurance, environmental, health, safety, and fire protection standards throughout project implementation.
• Supervise suppliers’ and subcontractors’ adherence to safety culture, data protection (including GDPR), and HSE requirements.
• Maintain effective interaction with authorities, regulators, and supervisors.
• Oversee and monitor budget and cost management of the Directorate, ensuring compliance with the approved business plan.
• Develop and continuously update HSE processes, internal rules, and operational procedures.
• Apply and enforce legal, regulatory, and customer requirements for HSE during the entire investment lifecycle.
• Lead or contribute to HSE training programs, supporting awareness and compliance at all project sites.
• Support the enforcement of occupational health, fire safety, and site security regulations across all projects.
• Ensure data security and proper documentation throughout the investment process.

Education

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, Food or Agricultural), Project Management, or related fields.
• Additional certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2), Quality Management, or HSE systems are highly desirable.

Professional Experience

• Minimum 8-10 of professional experience in project management within the construction and manufacturing of Poultry industry.
• At least 10 years of leadership/coordination experience managing multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Proven track record in investment project execution, commissioning, and operational handover.

Languages

• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Uzbek and/or Russian (fluent).
