About the Role:

We are looking for responsible and proactive individuals to join our team as recruiters. Your main task will be to find and communicate with potential couriers, explain the job process, and help them join the platform.
The work is fully remote, flexible, and paid per successful hire.

Responsibilities:

• Post online job advertisements and attract new candidates

• Communicate with applicants and explain job details

• Help candidates complete the registration process

• Keep basic daily or weekly reports

Requirements:

• Basic computer and internet skills

• Stable internet connection and Telegram access

• Responsible and self-motivated personality

• Ready to work on a commission-based system
