  • Strong proficiency in Sitecore and Sitecore XM Cloud
  • Knowledge of .NET
  • Experience in application support
  • B1+ English, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with the Sitecore Experience Platform

Обязанности
  • Manage tasks such as 3rd line support, development and migration for various clients and business areas
  • Solve complex technical issues related to the specific software
  • Collaborate with the shared services team to ensure efficient software maintenance and support
  • Handle incident and problem management, adhering to agreed SLAs
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Conduct regular system checks and monitoring to ensure optimal performance
  • Participate in code review and troubleshooting activities
