We are seeking an HR Specialist (People Operations Specialist) for our Uzbekistan office to strengthen our team.

Требования
- Higher education background
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or People Management roles
- Knowledge of labor legislation in the Republic of Uzbekistan
- Upper-Intermediate English (B2+), both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong interaction with internal stakeholders (employees, shared services, management) and external partners (vendors, benefits providers)
- Open-minded, proactive, and detail-oriented personality
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, capable of navigating unfamiliar situations with professionalism
- Familiarity with the IT and HR industries, including trends, challenges, and best practices in talent management and employee engagement
- Understanding of current trends in the IT industry related to HR practices
- Flexibility to use innovative strategies for employee engagement
- Capability to manage cross-functional initiatives with minimal supervision
- Expertise in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making

Обязанности
- Provide continuous employee support throughout the entire journey: onboarding, adaptation, employee engagement, background checks, exits, compensation-related matters, employee relations, compliance, and other HR touchpoints
- Oversee the benefit package and assist employees with benefit-related matters
- Assist in the development and execution of HR policies and procedures
- Use internal HRIS systems for data management and analysis
- Ensure compliance with employment laws while advising on HR-related topics
- Offer administrative support for organizing local and global events
- Initiate and coordinate People Management programs, events, meetings, webinars, and surveys
